Acepio Pte Ltd's CEO, Mr. Michael Toh, leads a team of dynamic and creative IT professionals. A former student of Temasek Polytechnic, Michael's entrepreneurial spirit and drive have secured milestone partnership deals with Samsung SDS, IBM ISV ValueNet and Macromedia, as well as business deals with I Nuovi Cosmetics, IE Singapore, CEL Coatings Industries and Asia Europe Foundation.

After graduating from Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Information Technology in the 1990s, Michael went on to do his Bachelor's degree in IT at Queensland University of Technology. I had the pleasure of speaking with Michael recently and when we ended the interview, I came out of the room feeling that I had just spoken to a young man who was going to conquer the world.

What motivates you to move from one success to another?
I tell myself that I must achieve as much as I can in this lifetime. That is why I set up Acepio. I strongly believe that an Asian company can be the partner of choice in the provision of a one-stop centre for end-to-end e-business consulting and implementation services.

You are an example of someone who has made it in his career. Do you have any words of advice for today's students?
Seize opportunities when they arise. Handle difficult situations rather than whine about them. Have the guts to move away from the norm. Don't be afraid to improve on existing products. But, always remember to give to society.
