This course is designed to produce IT professionals with the knowledge of mobile and wireless technologies to support the demands of infocomm industries.

5 GCE 'O' Level subjects including:

To be eligible for selection, you must have sat for at least one of the following subjects:
Additional Science, Additional Combined Science, Chemistry, Combined Science, Design & Technology, Engineering Science, Integrated Science, Physics, Physical Science, Science (Chemistry, Biology), Science (Physics, Biology), Science (Physics, Chemistry), Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
*SPM/UEC holders must have a minimum of grade 6 for their Bahasa Inggeris (Paper 122/Paper 322)/ Communication English or English Language (for UEC holders).

Graduates will be equipped with the knowledge of mobile application development and wireless system infrastructure to provide feasible mobile solutions for the infocomm industries. The course is structured into five components: foundation studies, operation areas, language and communication, internship and business electives. These contribute in preparing you to be competent and capable of developing efficient wireless and mobile applications and deploying reliable system infrastructure to support mobile commerce services and operations.

The demand for IT professionals with in-depth knowledge of mobile and wireless computing is increasing in both the public and private sectors. As a graduate of the Course, you can look forward to careers such as application programmers, software technology specialist, RF/wireless specialist, m-commerce specialist, technical specialist, infocommunications specialist, wired and wireless network technical specialist, computer systems and server administrators, wired and wireless Internet systems and security administrators.
