National Infocomm Scholarships were awarded to Samuel Lee Joo Guan and Kelvin Leong Wei Lun on 27 August 2005. This scholarship is an initiative of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) supported by the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF) and the Singapore Computer Society (SCS).

The scholarship is offered to the best and the brightest talent to drive future growth and to groom a pool of future leaders to contribute to Singapore’s continued competitiveness in infocomm.

Samuel’s scholarship is sponsored by IBM Singapore, while Kelvin’s is sponsored by Singapore Computer Systems. Scholars will have the opportunity to do a six-month attachment and mentorship with their sponsoring companies at their overseas offices or research facilities in the final year of undergraduate study.

At Temasek InfoTech School we are proud of the achievements of both students. Samuel had graduated with a Diploma in Internet Computing in June 2004, while Kelvin graduated with a Diploma in Information Technology in May 2005.
